Akita Inu
It has been said that Helen Keller brought the first Akita Inu in the U.S. In 1938, she received two of them from the Japanese government as presents. After a year, they have become a standard to dog shows in the United States. Akitas are known for being good family dogs, and they are super smart and kind. However, they can be suspicious of other people and can distrust many, if not all strangers. This why these dogs will not be easy to trick into doing what they don’t want to do. Despite the fact that these dogs are highly trainable, they can easily ignore commands that they deem unjust or unfitting. So, it will seem like you have another teener in your house!

The English Setter’s intellect is mainly attributed to the many years of human companionship and hunting. These dogs are bred and trained to hunt foxes by using their superior intelligence and heightened senses to track down their small prey. They are also known for being energetic, amicable, and friendly, especially towards people. They also thrive in a place where they receive a lot of attention, and where they can fully express their playful nature. Although they can be stubborn and mischievous at times, English Setters are also known as “Gentleman by Nature.”
