They felt a little worried because the house was decorated in a very feminine manner. Although it was beautiful and well-maintained, this was going to be a tough sell for most men. Most men would probably find it too pink or floral. The color scheme might be a big issue if the buyer did not want to put in the effort to redo the interiors. After all, redecorating home required plenty of money, effort, and time. These are resources they could put into the exterior and other parts of the property. The house was full of golds, pinks, and purples, which was not a draw for any male buyer. Of course, there were going to be women who did not find it appealing as well.

There was a particularly unique room in the house as well, although it was another matter of acquired taste. The basement had a room that had a wet bar and wood paneling, which could be the ideal man cave. It looked this way, so the buyer just needed to change it a little to make it their safe haven. Without a doubt, this was a room meant for a man. In all likelihood, this was the private space where Joyce’s husband retired to. We bet he spent time there on his own or with his friends. It was quite the breath of fresh air from all the florals and pastels found everywhere else inside the house.
