What else did the house have that impressed them to no end? Well, no one expected that it was going to be a time capsule! If you go through the front door, it is like you were transported to the ‘40s. This makes sense because Joyce moved into the house in that decade. She picked the curtains, furniture, flooring, and wallpaper all by herself.

The ladies started a tour of the home. They were glad to find that all of the rooms were more attractive and cleaner than the last one. This was the most pristine and best-maintained house they have ever seen, which is not an easy feat. It was not your regular house at all – it was basically a tribute to the past! They could see just how much effort went into the maintenance of the lovely home. They now understood why she had hesitations about selling it. Although it was in great condition from what they could see, they had an issue with it. Their concern could either make or break it. They only hoped it was not going to be a huge problem for potential buyers.
