The house was definitely gorgeous from top to bottom, although the backyard was a different matter altogether. It was easy to see that this part of the property did not get the same maintenance. There was AstroTurf there, but this was the only effort put into the landscaping. Even though it came with an unimpressive backyard, Gladys and Carla knew they could get an awesome price for the property. The two of them knew an opportunity when they were presented with one. Aside from the initial inspection they conducted, they still had to bring over inspectors to check for hidden flaws and invisible damage.

Even though the house looked amazing from where they stood, it was still possible that there were issues they could not see. Sometimes, the foundation suffered problems that could not be easily fixed. These things matter because they could translate to a big price slash, but Gladys and Clara felt confident that nothing was wrong with the place. However, their gut feeling was not going to be enough to assure any potential buyers. Perhaps Joyce failed to address a problem deep in the bones of the structure. After they let the inspectors do their job, they were in for yet another huge surprise. What did they find?
