If anything, Longmire fared better than some of the other items on our list. After all, the show about a small-town sheriff based in Wyoming managed to run for six seasons! Its first three seasons had been broadcasted by A&E and Netflix took over the show for the next half of its run. After three more seasons, Netflix decided to cancel it due to low ratings.
