The woman living in the apartment above theirs had drug-induced psychosis and dangled from the balcony of her sixth-floor unit. She climbed over the rails, and this was when they encouraged her to climb down and into their window. They grabbed her legs to help her inside. She tried to make a run for the balcony once more when the police got there, but the two men held her tight until the paramedics got there.
