Legally Dead
A day before he was sentenced to the Peruvian prison, Dave Holloway registered his daughter Natalee as legally dead. Alan King, an Alabama judge, explained that the conditions for the pronouncement had already been met before Dave declared it. Apparently, however, Beth did not support the idea.

Joran’s Wife
Joran got married to Leidy Figueroa on July 4, 2014. They held their wedding in the prison where Joran is currently locked up. Apart from this, Leidy is pregnant with his child. The Peruvian woman gave birth to a daughter named Dushy later that year. The story goes that the two met while she was visiting a relative held in the same prison.
