In the Netherlands, Guido Wever, the child of an Aruban politician, is detained on the grounds of suspicion of being an accomplice in the battering, abducting, and killing of Natalee Holloway. For six days, Wever is questioned in Utrecht. Initially, the Aruban authorities tried to get him transferred to the island for questioning, but that didn’t happen.
