It’s easy to forget just how much work goes into making a film while you’re watching it. For this scene, the controls weren’t really there. They were only added after filming was completely done. And, of course, they were added digitally.
Ugly Betty
This example makes a little less sense in terms of practicality and budget. Instead of filming this scene on any street or at the location itself, the studio opted for another method. They simply shot the scene inside a studio with a green screen to insert the backdrop after filming.
