Laurine van Riessen
Netherlands native Laurine van Riessen was well-known to sports fan before her debut as an Olympic cyclist. She actually competed in the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics in long track speed skating, in the 500, 1000, and 1500 meter races! She won bronze in the 1000 meter race, but she made headlines for more than just her medal.
