Lee continued to thank everyone for everything they had done for him, and in turn, his new friends assured him that they really wanted to help. With everyone in the living room wearing wore Santa Claus hats, Angela said to Lee, “Every single one of us enjoyed doing this.” She added, “This ain’t all for Lee. We all benefited.” Angela and Sarah’s efforts to help Lee not only brought the community together, but also allowed others from all over the world to help.

Lee was now safe and comfortable in his new home, so Angela and Sarah could sleep better at night knowing that their friendly regular customer would have a safe place to live through the winter. However, their work just inspired them to help even more people. When they saw the difference they could make by reaching out to people whom they met while delivering pizza for Domino’s, the way that they felt about their customers actually changed.
