Bernie Kosar

Between 1985 and 1993, Bernie Kosar was a star on the Cleveland Browns team. Following his stint there, he graced the likes of the Dallas Cowboys and the Miami Dolphins. Sadly Kosar went on to lose pretty much all the massive earnings that he raked in as a quarterback. What’s even worse is that to this day he still suffers from the concussions he went through as a football player.

Johnny Unitas

The world of football mourned when Johnny Unitas passed away in 2002. He was only 69 years old. He was nicknamed “Johnny U” and “Golden Arm” because he was one of the most valuable NFL players during 1959, 1964, and 1967. One of his extraordinary records he held was the most consecutive games with a touchdown pass – 52 years.
