Art Schlichter

The 1982 NFL draft saw Art Schlichter being picked fourth by the Colts. There was an issue however for Schlichter which didn’t occur on the field. He became obsessed with gambling and drained a huge amount of cash on his addiction. At one point the FBI were actually investigating him, but it was all smoke and no fire. When he retired, his QB rating was 42.6.
