This entire story unfolded just after easy Jet flew, from Luton to Bordeaux, the suitcase of an 88-year-old lady. Yet they decided to leave her in the back of the airport itself. Joy Burton resides in Bedfordshire and has arrived with plenty of time for her trip to southwest France at EasyJet’s home base.

The reason she used to go to Bordeaux was to see her two sons once in a while. Even if one stayed there, a four-hour round trip from Canterbury to take her to the airport made a difference. He offered to help her take a good look at her luggage and said goodbye to her as she went to security. It used to be over 90 minutes before the time of departure.
