When the realtor sisters entered the house, they had pretty low expectations. Who would have thought something incredible was waiting for them? From the outside, Joyce’s house did not look anything special or out of the ordinary. In fact, it looked just like the other houses along the street. However, their evaluation changed when they walked through the front door.

Joyce let the sisters know that she had been living there for seventy years already! This is incredible but could mean bad things for them. For one, she never changed or remodeled it with the single exception of the upgrade she once gave the kitchen. After they learned about this piece of information, the sisters began to dread paying a visit to the home. If this was the case, it probably meant that it was neglected.
