John stumbled into something that would help him with the backyard search. He found municipal records of that part of Tucson. He went through the documents until he saw just what he needed. The record gave him the date the house was built, but this was not all he found. This gave him a better idea of just what he was looking for. He saw a document that said a company called Whitaker Pools created something in the property in 1961. However, why would they build a swimming pool underground?

Sims was aware that he needed to refocus the search and change his plans. Before this moment, he was working on nothing more than a hunch. This time, he found documents and needed to rethink the way he went about it. He decided to get consultants to go through the yard with metal detectors. As you can see, things were starting to get serious. The team went to his property with the equipment they needed. They then scoured the backyard using the detectors. At last, the detectors started to go off!
