When she talked to the press, she explained that her personal preference was tone on tone pieces. She likes matching designs and soft colors as well. From the way she decorated the house, she clearly likes pastel shades of aqua, pink, purple, and blue. It would probably look off anywhere else, but this is what makes the place so unique. With her masterful hand, she managed to make it look inviting and comfortable. She took her time picking out everything in the house. This is the reason the house looked amazing even though not much has changed in the past 70 years. We really do think it is a huge accomplishment that not many people can achieve.

In the three-bedroom house, you will find two bathrooms with wall to wall carpeting and wallpapers that retain an old post-war charm. There are also other details such as floral sweeps, baroque patterns, metallic wallpaper, and gold touches. While it sounds a little lavish, you should trust us when we say that it looks great together. You will also find fireplaces all over the place, and they are ideal for battling the Toronto cold. The rooms in this house had been decorated and planned with consideration and care. This is why it is basically a museum! The hardware and cupboards were all tailor-made and customized. The color choices were picked with great effort too. In the master bedroom, you will find lilac and purple colors with fuchsia and aqua accents. The rooms in the house all boasted of a fascinating color scheme.
