The chances of carrying more than a single baby is not always dangerous. Just take a look at people who give birth to twins or triplets. In those cases, it might even be an advantage. Nadya did not necessarily pray for multiple children, but it is certainly amazing what the IVF procedure can do. The process was successful, and she delivered her first child in 2001. She named the baby boy Elijah. After trying for years on end, her dream has finally become a reality for her. This was not the end of the story, however. As a matter of fact, some might say it was only the beginning.

A year after she welcomed Elijah into the world, Nadya Suleman gave birth to another baby. It was a girl this time, and she gave her the name Amerah. At that point, Nadya was still not satisfied with the size of the family. Her good experience with IVF encouraged her to keep getting the treatments. Eventually, she gave birth to a set of fraternal twins and then two more children. Overall, she was the mother of six children! When you live in America, this is more than the usual amount. It might be more than enough for most people, but Nadya wanted even more kids after the birth of her sixth child. The next step she took shocked everyone!
