Noah pointed at the streets and said, “Here… there… everywhere” Unable to control his tears anymore, Johal immediately put his hands to his face. “That’s incredible,” the young man said while crying. He couldn’t believe that such an incredible human being would ever cross his path. Unfortunately, Johal that was had been lying all along. To begin with, he didn’t actually have a sick daughter. What Johal did next certainly caught Noah off guard.

As his head start to spin, Noah, said breathlessly, “You’re kidding me.” How come this man handed him an even bigger bill?
