Zappa was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1995 and received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1997. He is famous for being the craziest musician who claimed to have never done drugs, he’s alleged to have fired people from his band over drugs and drug references. The cause of his death was prostate cancer and he died at home while surrounded by his wife and their children.

Martin Luther King, Jr – Died at 39
Martin Luther King, Jr was an American minister and activist. He was famous for his words, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others? Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter. Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.”This photo was the last public appearance of King. He appeared in the Mason Temple in Memphis. The night after this appearance he was shot at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee.
