His sister, Kate, already warned Ledger that taking sleeping pills together with prescription medication is not the best idea. This was what exactly killed this eccentric actor, he overdosed himself on painkillers.

Elvis Presley died shortly after the paparazzi shot this photo. “The King” was believed to have died because of substance overdose. The prescription drugs that he took had caused his heart to stop. However, his family covered up the real cause of his death. His death was ruled as “hypertensive cardiovascular disease with atherosclerotic heart disease” or basically he died suffering a heart attack.
