You can probably figure out who this groupie was linked to all by yourself. Of course, the answer is none other than Mick Jagger. She established herself in the scene back when she was a regular at Studio 54. Well known for her grace and elegance, her fame only skyrocketed after she got married to Mick Jagger. They even welcomed a daughter called Jane together. Although she and the rockstar ended up separating, she continued to be active in the scene. She now spends her time on her human rights advocacies. The former groupie is even the chairman of the self-named organization, Bianca Jagger Rights Foundation.

Here is one of the most famous groupies we have on the list. Courtney Love will forever be associated with her late husband and Nirvana frontman, Kurt Cobain. It would be unfair to overlook her presence in the rock ‘n’ roll scene before their relationship started, however. She also went out with the likes of The Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan and REM’s Michael Stipe. Most importantly, she is also a singer in her own right!
