30. University of Colorado: Folsom Field
Boulder, Colorado
In the looks department, Folsom is an average stadium with no major issues but nothing memorable. It’s just “meh,” though the views are beautiful from the surrounding mountains. Back in 1924, the horseshoe-shaped venue opened way back, and some say the place has failed to keep up.
29. Indiana University: Memorial Stadium
Bloomington, Indiana
Thanks to a renovation completed in time for the 2018 season, Memorial Stadium is looking fresh. So why are they making this list? Because in years, the Hoosiers have not had a winning season, making for a poor game-day experience. The product was lackluster on the field, meaning that fans were more eager to hang out and drink than watch the games. However, in 2019, Indiana may turn things around, which might inject some needed fan atmosphere into this stadium.
