Despite today’s generation being very health conscious, the name of this restaurant didn’t scare them away. Potbelly recently planned to expand internationally to India, as well as possibly contracting. Three years before opening their Toronto branch in 2019, they had to shut down all their stores. It’s sad to see how they are truly struggling.

Jack In The Box
Jack in the Box was unluckily not as successful as its competitors. They opened in 1951, but kids were still inclined to choose McDonald’s over what they had to offer. But today is quite an even favoritism. Since 2018, The burger chain has been losing a lot of business and therefore had to shut multiple stores because of the loss of revenue. Jack In The Box plans to be shutting down at least 14 stores this coming year.
