For quite some time, Lukyanova insisted that everything about her was au naturel. She claimed that she did not have any plastic surgery and scars, that her body was the real deal. However, she eventually admitted that her bust has gotten some work. She has since admitted that she got other procedures, though she never confessed to them directly. During one interview, she actually publicly announced that she was done getting surgical enhancements.

Most of the photos you will find of Lukyanova will show her wearing a full face of makeup, which helps give her a doll-like appearance. Every now and then, however, she also posts photos of her bare face to show all her followers that she is still a natural beauty underneath it all. She once posted one such photo and even said how she does not “understand people who are ashamed to be without any makeup on”. Aside from this, Lukyanova also told everyone that people with features “like hers” could go about their day without any makeup and look good nonetheless.
