Every year teams in the NFL vie for the opportunity to hoist the Lombrdi Trophy. Vince Lombardi is an integral part of football history and he passed away of cancer in 1970. Before Lombardi died he turned to his wife, as men do in these situations, and said: “Happy anniversary. I love you.”

Errol Flynn
Though many modern movie fans won’t know his name, Errol Flynn was prolific during his heyday back in the ’50s. Flynn was known for his wild ways and he died from a heart attack at the age of 50 before being buried with six bottles of whiskey. Before passing away Flynn remarked, “I’ve had a hell of a lot of fun and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it.”
