Sued For $1 Million
It didn’t take long for Paul Sr. to exploit the loophole in the contract when he executed a hostile takeover. Not just of his son’s holdings within the company but also in an attempt to push Paul Jr. out. But Paul Jr. didn’t back down, in fact he refused. That’s when Paul Sr. kicked it up a notch and sued his own son for $1 Million big ones. Although in the end, it was Paul Jr. who won the lawsuit.
