It only makes sense that lions, being the big cats they are, would enjoy doing normal cat things like basking in the sun and taking long naps. Despite being part of the cat family, lions are the only ones who regularly live in packs. Their packs range from three lions to as many as 40.

Dangers

You might be wondering, is it not dangerous to deal with lions? They aren’t domesticated, gentle animals. The truth is that yes, it is a dangerous job. Kevin has spoken about it many times, saying that he’s been scratched, punctured, and bitten. All the same, he isn’t dissuaded by these dangers. In an interview, he said, “Obviously one realizes the danger when working with animals of this calibre, I’ve weighed the pros and I’ve weighed the cons, and the pros far outweigh the cons.” However, he does warn others about following in his footsteps. “People like to take things out of context. They don’t know the relationship I have with this lion.” He only ever interacts with lions that he’s been with since their birth.
