Kevin walked inside the lion’s den with his video camera in hand, ready to record this meaningful moment. The lioness just looked on, eyes definitely on the lookout for any danger. Her cubs were with her and she didn’t feel that they were in any kind of danger. Kevin had to be very careful. A single sign of anxiety can end up in disaster. Despite the fact that he wasn’t entering the enclosure for the first time, he was still a little nervous when he came close to where the lions were.
