Fourth Step: Make It Tighter!
You will want to consider making the restraint good and stiff for the fourth stage to move your hands as small as you can. The method that we demonstrate, as the ITS team teaches, works the best when the tie is super tight. Or, if you are using tape, let your friend restrain you securely. Once more, ensure that any safety precautions have been taken! Advice: if your hands face the ground, clench and unclench your hands until you can squeeze them face to face.
Make It Two!
Before we proceed to step fifth, we will describe the right movements that Black and his team showed and taught at Imminent Threat Solutions. The training they teach you to use would break the zip-tie in half if it is correct, releasing you. Don’t worry about using force. Try to think about first the movements and practice them.
