First Method: Be Flexible
If you find your hands tied behind your back, you will want to organize yourself mentally for a strange yoga. You will want to ease up and then maneuver your most versatile arm over your head meticulously. Then use the method of the chicken-wing to escape. Remember: this transition is for those people who quite have the flexibility or double-joined!
Second Method: You Need To Force It
The second way to escape is by using force. What we’re saying is that you’d have to use a certain momentum from your arms if you find yourself with your wrists bound behind your back. Initially, tilt over, so that your chest is around 45 degrees from the floor. Raise your arms overhead and slam your lower spine while pressing your wrists outward to break free. Probably better than the first method!
