As Monica Gellar on the immensely popular television sitcom Friends, the audience grew to adore her. Courteney Cox also appeared in an episode of Bear Grylls’ Running Wild, and she was candid about the plastic surgery she’s received to maintain her youthful appearance. She confessed that she had driven too quickly and added, “I’ve made mistakes for which I’m sorry, but happily they’re faults that eventually disappear. So, this is acceptable, but this has not always been my best appearance. So I have embraced a new credo: “Just let it be.”” Grylls persuaded her to forego any more surgical procedures, citing her remarkable natural attractiveness.
