After the professional wrestling career of Bret Sergeant Hart or The Hitman ended, he went on to become an actor and a writer. He practically changed how we view wrestling today, not to mention he amazingly succeeded in holding onto championships for five decades. You might recognize his voice from various shows like The Simpsons and you might have read or come across his column because he has been a writer at the Calgary Sun for several years now. He got diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2016, but he succeeded in beating it and is now cancer-free.

He also set up a GoFundMe page, and tried attending various wrestling conventions to escape poverty, but that did not end well for him. Anyone that attended them mocked him, and it appears as if he will never be able to fix the image that he portrays.
