It seems that the rain had become natural for the audience. They got used to it, and they also liked the cool fall. This lady seems like she didn’t notice the temperature anymore. However, some of the performances were influenced by the storm. It initially prevented Jimi Hendrix from entering the stage. He was only willing to play on Monday morning, and by that point, the audience had already dwindled to around 25.000 spectators.

Originally, the organizers had just estimated 50,000 participants to attend the event. However, two days before Woodstock, the figure was still on the spot and more than 100,000 seats were pre-sold. Soon, services have been limited. The ticket stalls, the fences, and the gates were not yet ready. Although the organizers did not have an effective way to charge the spectators, they wanted to open the festival and remove the fences that enclosed the case, resulting in a rise in the number of concertgoers.
