Richard III
From 1483 to 1485, King Richard III ruled England for only two years. His reputation, on the other hand, has only gotten less honorable over time. Shakespeare referred to him as a dictator in a play, and the Tudors eventually removed and replaced him. During the Battle of Bosworth Field, as the Tudor army approached him, he took the initiative and launched a charge. Unfortunately, he was defeated very fast.
What Richard III Really Looked Like
They were able to successfully duplicate this Richard III image in 2012. Following his death, his body went missing, but researchers were able to track it down to an underground parking garage in 2012, where it was located. They were successful in locating and exhuming the body. Dundee University researchers participated to the construction of this image in order to see what he would have looked like in the past. Scholars had to rely on historical texts because there are no realistic paintings of him.
