Brittany decided to share what had just taken place on Facebook that night after work. People responded, praising Brittany for attempting to stand up for herself, and many even named the restaurant where the incident took place. Brittany let out a breath of relief as she turned her laptop off and tucked it into her bed. Everyone’s on her side there, she thought.

Management informed Brittany the very next day that she’d been dismissed! Blowing up with anger, she grabbed her laptop and went to Facebook instantly. On the dreadful development, she updated everybody. The responses were intense. “But I’ll always choose my morals over money. See ya!” she pointed out. But the restaurant’s owners do have very differing views.
