The Carvings On The Wall
The workers came across something that dated back to Jerusalem’s Roman occupation. The team discovered unusual artwork on the stone around the pipe in addition to the pipe itself. They were able to determine that the engravings were not natural. Instead, they appeared to be man-made.
They Went Down There
Closer inspection revealed that these markings were, in fact, steps! The workers couldn’t hide their surprise when archaeologists found it was a historic stairway. They received numerous inquiries, the most crucial of which concerned the ship’s destination.
