‘A True Hero’
Once Klynn found out her hero’s name, she had a bracelet engraved with, “Sgt. Jeff Colvin ‘A True Hero’”. She explained that she got the bracelet so that she could honor her hero and friend, and she reiterated that she sees Colvin as her “guardian angel.” This story proves the positive power police officers can have not just on communities but also on individuals. When her story went viral, Klynn found out that she isn’t the only one whose life had been changed by an officer.
