Before coming to work for WWE in 2002, Scott Steiner was a staple in the WCW. Stealing him from the rival company appeared to be a good business move, but then Steiner developed a rivalry with Triple H, which caused everything to fall apart. Behind the scenes, Steiner talked trash about Triple H openly, which created bad blood between the two. Even though there was never a story about the two fighting backstage, we’re pretty sure Triple H had something to do with Steiner being let go, seeing as Triple H is still with WWE.
