Diana was also very good with kids. She never failed to kneel down to be eye-level when them when talking to children. Majesty EIC Ingrid Seward told ABC News, “Diana was the first member of the royal family to do this.” She then went on to say, “The royal family used to say that everyone had to be deferential to them. But Diana said, ‘If someone [could] be nervous of you, or you’re speaking to a very young child or a sick person, get yourself on their level.’”
