A Sticky Situation
As you can imagine, Kelly Clarkson found herself in the middle of a tough situation when the divorce happened. She was a great friend of Reba’s, but Narvel was the father of her husband. Reports say that Kelly tried to get them to remain together. Who knows, perhaps Kelly even worked to help the marriage stay intact for a longer time. Nonetheless, Reba and Narvel were allegedly living separately even years before the divorce became official. Despite all the heartbreak and pain, they remain supportive of each other.

Time To Move On
After the divorce was finalized, Narvel continued to be her manager for one more year. They had been working as a professional team since 1988, after all. In 2016, Reba decided it was time to go her own way in the professional sense. She then launched a company of her own called Reba’s Business Inc., managing young artists on the rise.
