Reba McEntire also went into the fast-food industry when she was cast as the first-ever female Colonel Sanders in an original KFC commercial in January 2018. The advertisement was part of the promotion of their new product called “Smoky Mountain BBQ”. She sang while decked out in the Colonel’s outfit and even threw a hat to the audience, which lands perfectly atop the head of the actual Reba.

Rather Strange
There is no denying that it was a rather strange idea, but she did not hesitate at all. Reba told reporters how she felt after it was offered to her: “Absolutely I want to do that. Who wouldn’t want to be the first female Kentucky Fried Chicken Colonel?” She had a blast with the extraordinary experience presented to her. “It feels very good,” she commented. “And my goatee tickles a little bit … and my mustache. But I am a pretty good looking gray-haired man.”
