In the interview with Good Morning America, Sarah said, “He wasn’t answering his door, but there were lights on, and you could hear the TV playing.” These were the signs Tracey Hamblen saw that somebody was inside the house. That’s also why he kept knocking and knocking, knowing and waiting for him to open it to Alexander. But when Alexander did not pick up his phone when they called him, they decided to call 911 for help.

“He came back to the store, and that’s when he went ahead and decided to place the 911 call,” Sarah added in the interview with Good Morning America. When Tracey Hamblen returned with the news and said what he saw at home, they knew the best thing they could do was ask for help and call 911 to check what was taking place inside Alexander’s house. “Scared, worried. What happened? What was going on?” Sarah said.
