When you are a star football player, it certainly sounds like going into the WWE makes for the perfect next move. Just take a look at The Rock, who was a football standout during his high school years and played ball at the University of Miami before he made a name for himself in the wrestling scene. However, Goldberg is the first case we have heard about an NFL alumnus going into the fascinating world of wrestling. He was once known for his time with the Atlanta Falcons, so it is not all that much of a surprise to hear that his pro-wrestling career began with WCW.
