Once the Oxygen documentary wrapped up, Beth Holloway filed a $35 million lawsuit against the channel and the production company Brian Graden Media. The complaint claimed that the network “preyed and capitalized on Beth’s desperate need and desire to find her daughter” as the organizations claimed to have found the teen’s remains and asked Holloway to then give some samples for the DNA testing.
