Who is Joran Van der Sloot?
Joran van der Sloot is the son of a lawyer named Paul and an art teacher named Anita. He was born in Arnhem on August 6, 1987 and the family moved to Aruba in 1990. Joran was a good student attending the International School of Aruba. He played soccer and tennis while in school. In fact, he was planning on playing soccer at the Saint Leo University in Florida. Interestingly, his mother once mentioned that her son had a tendency to lie.
