Senior Class Trip
Their senior class made plans to go to Aruba. When Natalee asked for permission from her parents, they agreed without any hesitation. A group of over a hundred students and four chaperones left for Aruba on May 26, 2005. It goes without saying that Natalee was among them, of course.

Good Times
The group decided to stay at the Aruba Holiday Inn. The chaperones made sure the students teamed up in pairs a la buddy system. Their days mostly involved swimming, gambling, snorkeling, and hanging out at the hot-spots in the area. It was basically a regular holiday for the whole bunch.
