Enterprise, Nevada
Just south of Las Vegas, the city of Enterprise has become a leading population center in the last ten years. Its number of residents increased by almost 60% from 2010 to 2019, according to Stacker. This makes Enterprise the second fastest-growing city in the US for that period. Similar to Meridian, Idaho, this desert town had under 15,000 residents in the early 2000s, which shows that its growth has been steady and fast. Affordable homes, great weather, and its proximity to one of the most exciting entertainment destinations in the world have made the city of Enterprise a magnet.
Frisco, Texas
If you look at a list of booming cities in the US, you will see Frisco close to the top. While the population of the whole state of Texas is exploding, Frisco is the city with the most dramatic growth. Between 2010 and 2020, its population rose by 71.1%, making it the fastest-growing American city during that period, according to Insider Monkey, a financial news site. In addition, WalletHub ranked it first for job growth and population growth for the last decade. The Dallas Cowboys have also made this exciting midsize town, situated just north of Dallas, their headquarters, and it’s not hard to see why.
