In that time, Cedar Park’s population had grew by over 44%, bringing it up to about 80,000 residents as of the year 2019. San Tan Valley, Arizona

With temperatures above 70 degrees almost all year and summers positively boiling, San Tan Valley in Arizona is another booming Phoenix suburb. While it is situated in the Sonoran Desert, it’s definitely not a flat, dull landscape because of the San Tan Mountains surrounding the area. Stacker reports that in the past 10 years alone, the town’s population increased by 41.3%, swelling to over 105,000 residents. The midsize desert oasis is doing pretty well considering it had fewer than 5,000 residents only 20 years ago!
