Many people are self-employed these days. A business might have one sole worker, working as CEO, vice-president, CFO (and basically any other role they decide to give themselves!). Perhaps they’re even the janitor… Anyway, sometimes sitting alone can be boring, and talking to yourself isn’t actually that weird. We believe that this person is trying to tell people to leave them alone! Staff meetings are important, routine aspects of a working day- even if you’re the only one in attendance.
